被封印十幾二十年從來沒使用過的舊新品電器,
建議先檢查看看有沒有積灰塵或嚴重氧化, 先清理乾淨

接點復活劑別用在「焊點」,復活劑比較適用在接觸點上,如開關類或端子上有金屬接點的動件。
焊點補強一般就是整個來補焊一遍。

很重要的一件事,開機時請一定要先接好喇叭,
這麼大功率的管機,沒接喇叭,後端的輸出變壓器沒負載是不行的。
這點非常重要! 而且最好管子要全插上去、一定要接喇叭。

建議把所有真空管拔除並且記住原位置,記得帶手套不要把油漬沾上玻璃管上.
接上喇叭再送上電試試會不會冒煙或是其他異狀. 都沒問題時, 再把管子差回原位.

這樣試也可能有一些風險。
推挽機高壓可能蠻高的,真空管沒接,高壓就沒電流,電路原來該有的壓降就沒了。
整流電路出來的高壓,如果沒有壓降,高壓有可能會太高,長時間可能會燒毀整流電容。(機率不是很大就是了)
建議還是接喇叭正常使用。

如果喇叭怕出問題,換個便宜的喇叭先試看看。
但一般是還算安全,輸出變壓器不會帶直流偏壓燒毀喇叭。
如果是老舊的晶体機,那最好先用個便宜的喇叭試試。

左右兩邊聲道有一邊比較小聲一點點
這是真空管問題?

是否檢查喇叭線 訊號線 都已經確實銜接
有時 鬆脫或跳線的金屬片 可能在安裝過程跑位

如果問題在真空管機上,可以有幾個步驟檢查,對調完要還原
左右訊號線對調
左右喇叭線對調
左右真空管對調
如果是管機電子零件或變壓器老化
應該可以聽到差異

管機久沒開機接觸點容易氧化,有時把所有真空管插拔幾次,或是真空管座接觸彈片輕微壓緊一下。
或許就恢復正常。

音量旋鈕轉一轉,多轉幾下試試。
另外,音量開太小會有左右不平衡的情形,
這是很常見的,只能調低訊源音量(如果可以的話),然後擴大機音量開高一點。


大小聲差異已經解決了
把訊號源-10db,一切問題就解決了


傳統擴大機的VR音量控制, 小音量時通常有偏音的現象,
一般也是建議開到九點鐘方向以上才是最佳工作區

嘗試對調真空管,發現完全拔不起來
連上面的mark&型號都是一摸就類似擦掉了(有帶手套)
有沒有可以簡單取下的方式?

用大姆指跟食指挾住跟部,是跟部靠近接腳的部分,不是頂部。
大姆哥食指挾住真空管搖兩下。
同樣動作慢慢搖,邊搖邊施力往上推(同樣姿勢,挾住往上推,不要改變姿勢)。
每個角度搖一搖,多搖幾下,逐漸稍施點力往上推。

所有的動作都是大姆指,食指挾真空管的姿勢完成。
這個動作無害,沒什麼力量,也沒槓桿比較不會搖過頭或用力過猛。但有效,多搖幾下試著往上推.

1. 確認喇叭OK,300B管左右對調也OK,確認管跟喇叭都沒燒掉
2. 確認左邊的燈絲有沒有亮,屏極陰極電壓。
---> 所有的燈絲都有亮
3. 訊號線有沒有斷
---> 訊號左右切換,也確定輸入訊號沒問題

找到一個問題,電容斷線了
電容斷線,接上後聲音就出來了,已修復

電容會斷線,表示這顆電容發燙,電容發燙表示會漏電有電流流過,有可能耐壓不足,或是有振盪,
建議進一步檢查或先更換電容
要注意電容老化。

直熱式燈絲即是陰極,一般應用在大功率整流管或功率輸出放大三極管上,諸如5U4、5Y3GT、2A3、300B、845等。直熱式陰極的缺點是陰極容易 受到燈絲的溫度改變特性。當燈絲電壓變動時或以交流電供應燈絲時,陰極容易呈現在不穩定的狀態,同時也易於感染60Hz交流哼聲。

旁熱式燈絲與陰極分開設計,陰極為獨立金屬套筒套在燈絲外面,通常與燈絲絕緣其應用則較為廣泛,如整流、電壓放大、功率放大,5AR4、 12AX7、6CG7、KT88等。旁熱式真空管熱量經燈絲加熱儲存於陰極金屬套筒上,體積與儲熱量遠遠大於傳統的燈絲,因此即使燈絲電壓、溫度稍有變 動,金屬板的溫度變化改變有限,所以旁熱式則相對於直熱式較穩定。

二、以燈絲供電方式區分:分成直流供電加熱與交流供電加熱兩種模式。

交流供電模式是將交流電施直接加給燈絲,線路簡單成本較低,較常應用在電壓及後級功率放大上。因為是交流供電所以常受交流哼聲問題所困擾,但是若能 處理得宜的話亦能避免交流哼聲產生。
交流燈絲供電在配線上尤其要注意使用對絞線,並且盡量遠離信號元件保持具垂直配線。

直流供電模式是將交流電先整流成直流並給予平滑濾波,然後再施加到燈絲上。
因需配置整流綠波電路線路稍微複雜成本較高,通常應用在前級擴大機或高級 真空管擴大機上。
直流供電的濾波平滑電路又可使用RC濾波和RC濾波加穩壓迴路,配線上要求就比沒有那麼嚴苛。一般RC濾波整流電路較常用於電壓或功率放 大級電路,直流穩壓迴路則較常應用在前級(置)放大電路上。

300B的聽感像開 BMW
6AQ5像開古董小車,很有味道。
其他都像開3000CC, 2000CC, 1500CC, 1200CC國產車。好像差蠻多的。
300B 如果作得好,聽起來很舒服,高音通透。中低頻泛音很好聽。

fu-50 不是很建議,組過fu-7(807), 這類的五極管,不好調音,要出好聲,不太容易,改成三極管模式,功率偏小。頻響也聽不習慣。

300B 比較貴,但調音很花工夫,前級要放大到 60V, 挑戰比較大,直熱式三極管,哼聲要處理好。
2A3 跟 300B 同類,應該也會出好聲。

300B, 2A3 外,KT88, KT66, El34 會比較好,這類比較屬於音頻專用,五極管,三極管模式,都比較好調,三極管模式時,功率不會掉太多,很好調音,容易出好聲。

要聽好聲 300B, 2A3. 設計得好,一聽就中毒了。
要比較保險, KT88, KT66 ,中低頻較厚,很容易出好聲,也比較不會聽累。

OPT是 Out Put Transformer  的縮寫,意指音頻用的輸出變壓器.
擴大機輸出有一顆,喇叭(音箱)上頭也有一顆,都可叫 OPT .
 
早些年代,都用真空管擴大機來接上喇叭聽唱歌.
因為真空管是採用較高的直流電壓,和較小的電流來工作.
(燈絲的供壓在此先不談).和電晶體擴大機供壓方式不同.
 所以能接的負載阻抗都比較高.大約幾KΩ吧!

這時,如果用8Ω/16Ω/32Ω  的喇叭? 為了取得較有效率的
輸出功率傳遞,就要使用OPT 來作中間的轉換器了.

但也有阻抗大約50Ω /100Ω  的喇叭,不過算是比較特殊規格的.

至於PA系統因為要傳遞到較遠的地方,使用一般接線方法
會因為接線很長,可能把許多有用的功率給消耗在線材上.

因此採用了恆壓輸送法 .將擴大機輸出端拉高成 AC100V 輸出,
而喇叭端再接一OPT 做為匹配器, 首端是100V 次級端
視喇叭的需要而繞製像 xΩ / xxW  的規格來配合使用.

因為OPT 是可視為 較接近電感的零件, 而讓高頻
有逐漸(步)衰減的現象.所以那個年代有視高頻響應如何?
來做為判別擴大機音質好壞 的依據.

所以囉,美國 Mcintosh 和UTC 的OPT 是一般公認高頻表現較佳的零件了.

OPT就變壓器!

接下來就是使用的場合和時機了,一般的家用擴大機都是使用4-8歐姆的輸出,這時候喇叭線就直接接喇叭即可(不需接變壓器)

會接變壓器只有在一個時機:就是PA系統!
這裡的PA專指廣播系統而言,還不是一般的舞台演出系統!

廣播系統(常見就是小小一顆梯型掛在牆壁上或是輕鋼架的吸頂喇叭)
廣播系統的喇叭因為是使用擴大機的高壓輸出(70V或100V)
故需要再喇叭之前匹配一顆符合喇叭瓦數的變壓器
不然喇叭的下場就是直接燒掉

台北前衛音響有2A3套件二萬八千元左右【零件不多】.有代客裝<好像五千元>
代理的是Sun Audio的套件SV-2A3是現在市場上最超值的
SUN AUDIO真的是有良心,搭配的電阻用上AB炭精, 光那些就值好幾千元.

sun audio的套件是用TAMURA的OPT, 有基本好聲音的條件,
但是近3萬的價錢還是diy族心中的痛.
預算若不是問題, diy有把握, 會有好聲音

這台擴大機可以很簡單的修改後插45管, 個人更喜歡那樣的聲音, 不過我的喇叭很好推就是了.
(阻抗我維持2.5k)不變.

不久前聽說已經沒代理了, 好可惜. 不然前衛賣的也是佛心價

好管難求、而且價位被炒的超高;同樣一隻6922/6DJ8,可以從台幣50塊到二千多,一般人不易分辦自己是不是拿了兩千塊買到50塊的東西..... 現在雜誌/網路上的說法通常不就是:設計師找遍全球,終於找到一批還沒被炒做、但音色超棒的管子.....屁到最後,價格還是一樣無敵高。

隔離/輸出變壓器在量產級的市場,除了少數hi-end音響有本事自己搞,幾乎都是大陸生產的。並不說大陸生產的不好,而是一般人根本拿不到(數量問題)。先前在大陸工作,認識到spark、山靈的台幹,才了解這個生意不像一般人想像的;隔離/輸出變壓器大家都能做,但要拿到效率高的鐵心,難。要做到合乎音響的需求,不容易。我拆過一顆spark三萬多機器上配的鳥鳥輸出變壓器在台北幾家知名EI變壓器店家『參考』做來比較,音色上還是有差距。連這級距的大陸貨就不易仿製、或超越,更別說一些hi-end還有藏一些know how。一般網路賣家、或路邊牌能拿到什麼等級的隔離/輸出變壓器?

玩管機其實不麻煩,也不用想太多。音色喜歡、價格合理,我想不到特別排拆它的理由。其它方面,就留意一下管子替換問題:真空管壽命雖然沒有晶體機、或OP 機長,但其實沒有那麼不耐,不過,有可能管子還能用、但音色已走樣。這個時候如果選的管子是難買的、或價格奇高,這就很麻煩了。

輸出功率對於音壓的需求有幫助,
一對90db的喇叭,需要高分貝大音壓,輸出功率大就有鞤助
1W的管機,只能適當音量聽音樂
或者,找一對100db以上的喇叭
適當音量聽音樂,輸出功率需求不大,1~2W就夠用
所以,30W和1W聽起來沒差太多!!

輸出變壓器的瓦數大小,則與頻寬有關聯
30W的輸出變壓器,頻寬會比5W輸出變壓器要寬,尤其是低頻量感
個人有一台45管機,只有2W功率,但是用30W的輸出變壓器
適當音量的頻寬表現是夠好,
但2W就是2W,要高分貝大音壓,還是不夠力,爆不起來

一般廉價管機都是在輸出變壓器上省錢簡化
瓦數夠大,但頻寬不佳,尤其是低頻
另外就是零件用料普通
所以聽起來偏瘦,說好聽一些是中高頻甜美,說難聽是低頻稍欠
功率30W管機量感是夠用了,但是質的方面才是要花大錢之處!!

喇叭體積大小的需求,跟您的聆聽空間大小有很大關係
如果是3~4坪空間,則低音單體約5~6吋即可
若是5~8坪,最好有8吋或以上
空間大喇叭太小,會低音不足,高音過量,刺耳不耐久聽
空間小喇叭太大,會低音太多..轟轟大作

要聽真空管機
首先要瞭解它有多種設計
晶體+真空管混血,通常是前級晶體+後級管機的綜合機
也有前級+後級都是純真空管的套組,但價格不便宜
目前許多diy台製真空管機,都是後級+音量控制而已
價格合理,但少了前級的增益,所以推力較有限
挑選喇叭時,要以效率稍高一些的喇叭為先,90db以上為佳

我建議您使用的就是後級+音量控制管機
這種管機後級又有2種設計
一種叫單端,每聲道只用一支功率管,瓦數從0.x~幾十瓦
另一種叫推挽,每聲道用二支功率管并聯,瓦數大很多,10~百瓦都有
內部線路有搭棚拉線和使用電路板二種

單端+搭棚拉線的設計是追求音質純度的極致
這種管機,活生感十足,音樂性極佳,
零件選用得宜,用個30年也不易故障
可以搜尋"音響駭客"或"管迷工坊",看看人家的設計
其實價格也還好,30~40K就能有了不起的效果
只要您的空間不是很大,60K左右就可以組出很棒的音響
另外,國產DIY喇叭,"唐竹音響"也有網站可參考
都是用國外知名品牌單體,音箱材質美觀,價格又實在

再來就是功率管的瞭解,
三極管的音色優於五極管,但三極管瓦數普遍較低
五極管常被用於推挽設計,包刮前面說的混血管機
三極管很有名的就是300B,只有8瓦
瓦數小一些有2A3,45或71A,分別是3.5/2/0.7瓦
瓦數越小,越要注意喇叭效率
瓦數大的三極管有211或805等,有20~45瓦,但成品機價格高很多

我個人最推薦的是2A3,它的音域最寬廣,聽各類音樂都適合
不像300B只有中音較佳,聽搖滾樂有點沒勁
許多知識,可以進網站看一看,會懂很多
音響駭客或管迷工坊也有喇叭可參考
尤其是音響駭客,老闆是真空管DIY的行家
網站架設應該有10年之久了!!

一般的品牌音響店家,說實在的我已經很少去往來...

賞析幾款熱門6DJ8/6922

6DJ8(6N11、ECC88)電子管原本用於舊電視機或舊電子管電腦高頻VHF放大的Cascode線路。該管制作非常精緻,二層帶齒的雲母片、單柱圓表除氣環,尤其是方形灰色短屏使它和別的管子不同,由於三極部分距離很近,因此用不銹鋼片遮罩將它們隔離開,並與9腳相接,使二邊串擾減到最小。為使噪音低、左右聲道隔離度好,焊機時9腳要妥善接地,該管的管腳排列見(圖1)所示。

6DJ8 的燈絲接腳則是 (4) (5) 兩腳,兩組單元的屏極、柵極、陰極分別是 (1) (2) (3) 三腳與 (6) (7) (8) 三腳。

英國音響電子管權威雜誌《Class Audio》曾有過兩篇文章討論過這個電子管的優劣。其中一篇的作者以測量多款6DJ8的特性資料來證明該電子管用于音響時在各方面表現都不理想,例如它在屏流偏置於15mA時,互導率高達12500microhms,但一般的音頻放大電路都選擇偏置於1-3mA,而此時6DJ8的互導率只為750-1100mictohms,所以該文作者表示這個電子管只能用在高偏流的陰極輸出線路上。而另一位作者表示應測試更多牌子的同類電子管才可作定論。雖然這個電子管被人爭議頗多,但是現代很多電子管名廠如Audio Research、Conrad Johnson、Sonic Frontiers及近期的幾個品牌的國產前極都使用該管,由此可見它的聲音自然有可取之處。

6DJ8的同類國產管名稱為6N11,6N11的最大屏極電壓為130V,燈絲供電為6.3×0.34(V×A),它的最大屏極耗散功率為2.2W,最大陰極電流22mA,燈絲與陰極間擊穿電壓為+/-150V,屏極工作電壓為90V,屏極電流約16mA,陰極電阻為90歐,跨導為12.5gm;放大因數約30u,這些資料都與6DJ8相近,因此,6DJ8與6NII可以互相代換。

近幾年來該管在電子管放大器應用日見頻繁,尤其是在SRPP(分流調節推挽線路)前極放大器中,土炮燒友對其已達到“非用不可”的地步,由於媒介的大力渲染以及市場的需要,一枚國產6N11售價已由八九元炒至三四十元。與6DJ8技術指標近似的國外同類管還有ECC88、6H11N、CV2492、6922、E88CC、cca、從名稱來區分,6DJ8和6N11、6N11N、ECC88、CV2492是同一類管能互相更換的管子(6H11N是前蘇聯管),而6922、E188C、E88CC是更高屏壓的同類管(屏極工作電壓為220V,屏極電流15mA,燈絲電壓6.3V,燈絲電流0.36A),cca(或CCA)則是廠方依照6922或E88CC的參數造出來的特別版。

權威雜誌《Glass Audio》在1993年第一期有一作者認為6922似乎是志以線性放大為設計目標,它的增益較高而失真較少,用在音響線路之中,6922明顯比6DJ8優勝,為了進一步求證,該作者將兩種真空管先後用在Curcio的線路中進行量度,測試結果證明6922的增益比6DJ8大一倍而失真卻少得多……

在不少電路上,ECC88、6N11、6922與6DJ8是可互相替代的,但6922或E88CC是6DJ89包括CV2492,ECC88)的改良管,6922的最大屏壓大約在220V左右,大約是6DJ8的一倍半(6DJ8約是130V),即是說,6922可在直接代替所有6DJ8,相反用6DJ8用6DJ8代替6922時,則要注意管子電路上的實際工作電壓值(屏壓),必須注意的是在用6922所設計的電路中,不一定能用6DJ8來代替。

所以我們給原來電路管子用代用管時,一般從代表表格找出的代用管的偏號,只表示代用偏號管子的各項特性十分接近原來的管子(某些指標可友愛優於原管,例如屏極工作電壓或U值),可用于原管子的電路上,不會產生危險或有工作不穩定的情況發生,但工作效率有可能稍為下降。例如12AX7、12AT7、12AU
7的一系列膽管絕對可互相替換,但某些代用管如5751代12AX7時,由於5751的放大能力u=70,比12AX7小,因此整體電路增益稍為下降。

隨著國內外Hi-Fi界的交流,上述不少電子管在國內都可以購到,儘管它們的技術參數相似也因生產廠家和製作工藝的不同而呈現出不同的產品質素與聲音表現。目前,6DJ8已廣泛應用於音響器材,其放大能力屬中u管(u=33),同時其EP-IP特性曲線優良,比12A系列更精良。它的聲音比其他不同類型的電子管顯得快速而分析力高,音染極少,拾取微弱信號的能力強,並以音色通艉、消澈而著稱,若和膽味濃烈的12AX7相比,12AX7就好像是屬音響界的Jadis派(音色濃烈,音染味重),6DJ8則屬Cello派(沒有自己的音色、味淡、傳真度高),各有各風格。

通過這幾年的使用,對6DJ8的同類管的聲音特性有一定的認識,現特將這些心得與燒友一起共賞,也對燒友選用何種管子起到一定的參考作用。

1、國產北京6N11

  這個國產管工藝尚算可以,國產6N11的除氣劑碟上的金屬片是方形的,在結構上的用料它與6DJ8也不相同,最大區別是6N11的屏極呈銀金屬色,而6DJ8卻是石黑料。另外,國產6n11身形稍肥大,這個管子在重放合唱的場合中有一定的現場感,人聲表現尚可,中頻質感有一定水準,但聲場縱深度較為欠缺,層次細節不足。同是國產6N11,但經過精選打上“金龍”標誌且編號改為6DJ8、ECC88和6N11在整體表現上要比普通6N11稍好一些。

2、Philips ECG 6DJ8/JAN 6922

  6DJ8,以飛利浦的6DJ8最為有名,在6DJ8系列電子管中,該管的韻味較足,聽爆棚碟時的大合唱時從容不迫,擊鼓聲又大又厚實,十分討人喜歡,但樂器質感和定位也不算得最真實,分析力和聲象定位水準不算好但也不算差,它稍欠缺的是空氣感和高頻伸展力。和俄羅斯的Sovtek 6922比較,這個管子聲音取向相反,Sovtek 6922追求的是高保真度而使人聲打了折扣,而Philips ECG 6DJ8則偏向中低頻的厚醇卻犧牲了Hi-Fi傳真度。

  飛得浦在美國設廠為美國軍部生產的Philips JAN 6922目前市場也較多見,此管售價適中,在結構上與同廠的6DJ8基本沒有什麼差別,外觀上最大分別是近期的膽身頂部水銀位上有明顯的大黑斑,這是早期Philips JAN 6922所沒有的。與同廠的6DJ8相比,它的中低頻略為收緊,力度較好、人聲保持6DJ8的潤味,但中頻略淡過6DJ8,中高頻較細緻通透,全頻的均衡性比6DJ8好。同時,它不論是聲象定位,或是分析力與現場感等HIFI元素雖比6DJ8勝出不少,但跟Svotek的6922相比,仍有一些距離,但以其售價而言,已屬超值。

3、俄羅斯Sovtek 6922

  Sovtek 6922是近年來被譽為最優秀的6922管,它在世界頂尖名牌Audio Research、sonic Frontiers膽機上應用頻繁。此管在結構上與Philips 6922差別不大,但它的聲音表現與Philips 6922不一樣,用它聽一些弦聲如吉它彈奏等聲音顯得非常清雅,舞臺上獨唱的位置感絕不含糊,背景靜寂,人聲感情豐富又通透,但似乎顯得有點緊張。該管善於表現現場感,如在聽《Carman MCRae》一碟的“Satin Doll"中,撞懷聲、觀眾談話聲真實感和深度感達到驚人的地步,如果說用其他靚膽的可以“聽”到從兩個音箱後有一群群人把酒言歡,服務生四處走忙於服務賓客情況,那麼用Sovtek 6922時就是“看到”,此時讓人不得不驚歎其分析力與音場表現力,聽一引起爆棚碟時,場面宏大,處理爆棚場面有種從容不迫的感覺,而在聽一些合唱或有伴唱的人聲碟時,獨唱時發音位置和合唱團比例真實,定位精確又相當穩定,舞臺和觀眾席傳來的“動靜”特別傳神。

  Sovtek 6922的缺點是中頻較乾瘦,聲底偏快,如果放在性格不合的機種,有格格不入的感覺。放在筆者這部前級中,它Hi-FI效果驚人,但人聲則過於精淡了,而放在我焊制的仿Audio Research SP-10線路前級中,整體效果卻聽得到的進步。全新Sovtek 6922在本地的售價約250元左右,以價論聲它右可以說較便宜,而且貨源充足。

4、德國Telefunken(德律風根)的ECC88和CCA

  若問哪種12AX7是全球膽迷渴求的極品,那麼大多數膽迷會說是Telefunken(德律風根)。Telefunken。電子管以音色優美,表現穩定享譽全球,尤其該廠的ECC801S、803S等,更是12AT7、12AU7和12AX7中的極品,前幾年它們的售價都在千元左右。因為Telefunken電子管太貴了,它們是Telefunken ECC88和CCA。

  Telefunken生產的電子管,大都有兩大標記,其中之一是那筆才稱為“肥圈”的獨特除氣劑環,它比各大廠家所用的電子管都要粗壯,它比各大廠家所用的電子管都要粗壯,非常容易識別;另一個標記是位於電子管樽底部的菱形工模印記,內有一個工模編號。就Telefunken的小9腳電子管而言,以筆者的經驗,它們全部都有菱形底,如果沒有的話,就必定是由其他廠家供應的品種,筆者這只ECC88是用短盒包裝,盒蓋上除寫了ECC88外,還有一個鬥大的棱形Telefunken商標,包裝盒外封有透明膠低和紅色撕條,它的售價約五百元左右。它和同廠的CCA在結構上沒有明顯分別,兩者都具有Telefunken獨有的小直徑但闊身的除氣劑環,只是它的接腳沒有鍍金(ECC88的標準製作),印字也是很容易脫落的粉字。而另一個CCA從規格上來講,它應是優質的E88CC,但結構上它和ECC88如出一轍,只是膽腳上鍍了金,CCA的包裝盒上的紅藍色都較淡,估計是後期的產品,它的售價大約在六百元左右,略高過同廠的ECC88製品。

  它們的音響效果,表現都屬於第一流,但ECC88和CCA各有自己的音色。CCA的聲音極為晶瑩通透,播鋼琴和小提琴時,可開大音量來聽,這時也沒有粗糙感,Telefunken CCA的這種特質可以傲視群膽;而ECC88的聲音則醇和厚實,它沒有CCA那種晶瑩的通透感,但它的低頻線樣較為豐厚,也較有彈力,分析力方面則是CCA較優,音質更為細緻,簡直就像顯微鏡一樣,聽現場錄音的軟體時,那份由精緻分析力營造出來的通透監場感在筆者這批電子管中可說是首屈一指,和Sovtek 的6922相雙難分高低,而ECC88在這方面則稍有不及。動態方面兩者都較為接近,由於ECC88聲底豐厚,因此聽大鼓大鑼的爆棚碟
時,它會較為占優,總的來說,Telefunken的CCA音色極為晶瑩,毫無粗糙感,播管弦樂是一絕,其高超的分析力更少傲視群膽,而同廠的ECC88音色較為醇和,讀者有條件時可根據不同的聽音要求而胙出取捨。

5、荷蘭Philips的CCA

  Philips出品的這種電子管的編號三個字母都是大寫,與西門子的CCA和Telefunken CCA的寫法不同,這只是不同廠家的不同編號而已。

  它的結構和其他廠家如西門子、德律風根的CCA分別不大,明顯的不同點是它的除氣劑環直徑特大,這與同廠所生產的E88CC和荷蘭制Mullard E88CC所用的環是一模一樣的。它用標準的橙黃色盒包裝,這和目前市面上仍很常見的有SQ標記E88CC相同,顯示生產日期不會相差很遠,它的售價大約三百多元一隻。

  Philips的CCA在音響效果方面最突出的是音色,它可以用音色,它可以用“甜美”二字來形容,同是一樂曲,如用該管重放的話,顯得特別的柔美,一點壓迫感也沒有,再放大些音量來聽,也不帶任何粗糙感,較為難得,此管播女聲時也顯得特別婉轉,讓人有難忘的感覺,它的分析力,只是略輸給Telefujken的CCA,而且只是在重播一些宏偉的樂間時才能他出高下,動態方面,它和德國西門子的CCA一樣令人滿意,它比Telefunken CCa和Svotek 6922那種異常的通透感,同時也沒有Siemens CCa的優異超高頻回應,甜美婉傳的中高頻,是它最無敵的特點。

6、德國Siemens(西門子)金腳CCA

筆者擁有的這只西門子CCA是該廠六十年代末的製品,包裝盒為橙藍色圍白色邊,出廠編號印在盒蓋的“舌”上,要揭開盒蓋才能看見。這款西門子CCA,音色與同廠而不同期的橙藍色盒E88CC相比要醇和很多,價格也貴得多,西門子CCA在結構和外觀上和同廠稍後期的E88CC並無差別,但用料上它們之間則有一些分別,主要是在那對除氣劑環的支架底部,兩者分別用上下不同原料,CCA是用灰色物料,而後斯E88CC用了銀色物料。一般的橙藍色盒西門子 E88CC,在國內的售價在三百五十元左右,但這只舊裝盒的西門子C CA,則售五百多元,只是略便宜過德律風根的CCA,但西門子的CCA生產期比德律風根的 CCA要早得多,由於德律風根電子管的名聲大,售價自然較高。

這是一個性格坦率的電子管,它的聲音最突出的地方是極為豐富的空氣感,不論是音樂廳、錄音室、教堂等不同場地的不同殘響,它都能清楚捕捉;另外,它那超群的高頻伸展能力在重播笛子聲時格外傳神,它這些表現在各種電子管中肯定是首屈一指。而分析力方面,它可以和Telejunken的CCA並駕齊驅,動態也絕不令人失望,播大合唱時的氣勢和重放的大鑼大鼓聲都令人十分滿意。它的弱點大概就是它的音色太“乾淨”,談不上甜美,而且它高頻去得很盡,遇上錄音較生硬的CD時,容易暴露出錄音的不足之處;但如果它與某個放大器或某種線路配合得天衣無縫時,那麼你想找另一只有同等質素同等音色的靚管來代替它則十分困難,對於這種性格較率直的高保真度電子管,有人喜歡也有人失望,這只不過是見仁見智的問題。

7、美國Amperex 6922

  美國著名“地球標記”Amperex6922,一直很受發燒友喜歡,它是一款訓價較高的6922,狀態好的全新產品售價在三百元左右。筆者的兩隻Amperex6922是狀態尚可的二手膽,但每個售價也在一百五十元左右,它們都是為美國軍部訂購的產品,因此身上印有“JAN”字樣,生產期為60年代,這只6922在結構上,非常接近荷蘭制的CCA或E88CC。但身上卻印著“Made in USA".

  雖說它們結構相似,但聲音絕對不相似,對於其他質素較高的ECC88來講,它是這幾款E88CC之中,最沒有特色的一隻,中性自然,沒有什麼明顯的弱點,特別適合一些喜歡中性聲音的朋友。在使用中我發覺它重放的全頻線條都非常清晰,雖然它比不上Telefunken那樣細緻,也沒有Philips CCA的甜美,但它的音場表現力和動態也有很高水準,Amperex6922的分析力和德國Telefunken的E88CC相比只是伯仲之間,另外,它的高頻伸展力也只是僅次於Siemens CCa,但它的高頻聽來較西門子柔順一些,這使得它的適應性更強。

8、英國Mullard E88CC

  筆者共有四個大盾E88CC,其中兩枚是60年代後期生產的E88CC,它的身上印有“Made in GT.Britain",從結構上看來,它和最早期的Mullard E88CC基本沒有分別,而外觀上最大的分別是這期的膽身頂部水銀位上,有明顯的大黑斑,這是早期Mullard E88CC所沒有的,另外兩枚是70年代中後期所生產者,這兩枚Mullard E88CC不同60年代的兩枚,它們身上沒有大黑斑,另外最大的變化和特徵是除氣劑環也被取消,改為用除氣劑碟,較容易識別。

  英國Mullard E88CC的售價較合理,一般來說,較新狀態的二手管在國內約一百多元左右。Mullard的電子管一向以來以音色醇和、中低頻特別雄渾強勁著稱,這四個大盾E88CC在播一些爆棚軟體時,那些電子爆炸聲,由遠及近和由小聲到大聲的效果這兩種管子都交代得很清楚,同時臨場感非常出眾,人聲感情豐富又厚潤,同其他6DJ8/E88CC/6922比較,這明顯贏了音樂節奏感,弦樂醇和又通透,人聲厚潤自然同時又中氣十足,如果不太挑剔,MullardE88CC足以令人陶醉在音樂中。

  60年代生產的Mullard E88CC與70年代生產的E88CC聲音有些不同,相對來講,60年代的Mullard E88CC聲音更樸素一些,聽男聲、低音弦樂以及鼓擊聲時60年代的Mullard E88CC可以傲視同場比試的和個對手。但它最突出的是那無比的生命力,無論高、中、低頻,任何樂器、歌聲顯得格外生動,這種音樂生命力就是音樂感,它不是朦朧美,也不是甜美的音色,而是使音樂和歌曲活靈活現地從器材中演出的能力,它的這個優點甚至使聆聽者忘了注意它那相當高水準的分析力和音場表現。

  較早期的Mullard E88CC的特點是音色醇和、中低頻有厚度但收得緊,力度較足,但聲音又不偏肥,如有許多人說Mullard電子管低音過多,偏於厚肥,那麼筆者估計他們所接觸的Mullard電子管是後期的Mullard產品。

  這幾種不同的6DJ8/6922,哪個最超值?我想應該是國產6N11和Philips的6DJ8/6922,雖然它們自己日常中應用最多的一款,其他歐美管只是偶爾拿出來細心品嘗,就像喝茶多了,飲一杯咖啡也令人非常心曠神怡。

關於管機壽命的問題?

關於管機壽命的問題眾說紛紜,似乎沒有標準答案,得視所用真空管種類以及電路設計而定。就真空管本身而言,當發射電子的電極慢慢老化或真空度逐漸破壞之後,真空管就逐步邁向死亡了。與電晶體幾乎一勞永逸的超長壽命相比,真空管的壽命確實短得多。小信號放大器用的真空管,使用壽命大約在數千小時左右,功率管壽命還短一些,大概在數百小時到數千小時的範圍。要說明的是,這裏的壽命是廠家給的一個參考值,到時間以後並不是說管子立即就壞掉了,而是性能有所下降,低於廠家的檢測標準了。所以,管機的壽命問題沒有想像的那麼糟,到時間以後你要繼續用完全沒有問題。而且由於性能下降是個漸變過程,耳朵逐漸適應後還不容易察覺呢。

當然,管機用上一定年限以後,突然換一套新管,你會感覺聲音煥然一新也是不假。使用管機就得有心理準備,想要長期使用(三五年以上),則需要為它準備替換真空管。而真空管出廠時的品管、使用的材料的好壞,甚至是器材的工作點設定、通風程度及使用環境的溫度,都與真空管壽命息息相關。好品牌的真空管壽命比較長,但千萬不要頻繁地開機關機。汽車引擎磨損最大的時候,就是在冷車發動、溫度上升到額定工作溫度的時候,此時活塞沒有獲得充分的潤滑,會加速汽缸的磨損。真空管也一樣,每一次加電斷電的瞬間,都會因電流的突然改變造成衝擊。如果短時間內頻繁開關機器,就會因為電流衝擊使真空管內的金屬材料、玻璃管壁與金屬接腳之間的密合度逐步降低,最後導致管內的真空度降低而縮減壽命。

降低工作點,稍低於額定值數值的電壓供應,加強通風,減少開關機次數(不論聽多久都以開關一次為限),這樣才是真空管的長生之道。
